Do I need to sign up in advance?

Signing up in advance is always recommended as there are limited seats available. Check out our monthly calendar and choose the painting you like to reserve your seat. We recommend to arrive 20 or 30 minutes early to give yourself enough time to sign in and prepare for the session.

How do I cancel a class?

CANCELLATION POLICY: Only cancellations made via email 48 hours or more prior to the date of the event will be refunded.

How to change or cancel your reservation: Sign in with your ArteVino Studio account and click My Events from the Calendar menu on the top of the page. Click Cancel for the event you would like to cancel. Send an email to info@artevinostudio.com indicating your order number.

How does the waiting list work?

If a class is sold out, you can add your name to the wait list, you will not be charged. If an opening becomes available, you will be notified via email and have the option to register at that time.

How do I use a voucher, gift certificate or coupon code?

Enter the code on the shopping cart page before checkout. Any remaining balance can be paid with your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept all the major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, others)

What is the cost of an ArteVino class?

The price ranges depends on the session and day of the week.

What if I do not have experience with painting?

Our classes are designed for beginners and you do not need any experience. You will go home relieved from daily stress with your own colorful masterpiece.

What should I wear?

We will provide aprons, but we recommend wearing something you wouldn't mind getting paint on! We use acrylic because it dries faster than oil and acrylic painting does stain clothes. ArteVino Studio is not responsible for any damage.

Is there an age limit?

Yes, the age limit is 14 years old to attend a regular night. If you are under 18 years old you will have to be accompanied by an adult. Please note the law states you have to be 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages.

Do you have a minimum number of people required to hold a class?

We will teach a class as long as eight people are signed up. If you registered for a class which did not reach the minimum number of people, we will contact you the day before the class to let you know about the cancellation.

Do you do private parties?

Yes, our events are highly recommended for birthday, special events, corporate team building and gathering. We can accommodate up to forty people or more. Let us know your needs at info@artevinostudio.com to make a reservation.

Can we bring food during the class?

Yes, feel free to bring in a snack.

Do I need to bring material?

All materials are included: canvases, paint, brushes, aprons and easels, etc.

Do you provide Alcohol?

No - However if you are 21 or older you can Bring Your Own Bottle. Note that we will need to check ID to verify your age.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes. We offer gift certificates for different pre-set amounts. Go to the Gift Certificate link to purchase.

What is Open Access?

Open Access is a subscription service for unlimited painting classes. Sign up today and take as many painting classes as you want at any of the participating ArteVino Studios for only $39 per month. OpenAccess subscription can be used for Private Parties, Corporate Events and any type of event on the calendar such as Sunday Brunch, Morning Mimosas, Girls Night Out, Paint your Pet etc.
These conditions apply:

• Valid only in Hoboken, Cranford, Montclair, and Metuchen studios
• Can be cancelled anytime but a 2 month commitment is required.
• Can only be used once a day in only one studio and for one class on the same day.
• Prorated refunds are not offered. Your OpenAccess account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• ID check will apply upon arrival to classes. May only be used by original registrant.
• Failure to cancel a class reservation 48hrs prior to the class, or a no-show to a class, will result in a full charge for the class to the credit card on file.
